The policy of Neighborhood View is to correct factual errors as quickly as possible. As our stories are written by citizen and student journalists (with professional editorial oversight), we know that mistakes happen and we do our best to correct them as quickly as possible.
When we learn of a factual error, we will correct it promptly. Corrections will be clearly noted at the bottom of the article, explaining what was incorrect and providing the accurate information. Minor edits that do not affect the meaning of a story (such as spelling or grammar) may be made without a correction note.
We welcome readers’ help in identifying errors. If you believe we have published incorrect information, please contact us at anne@neighborhoodview.org.
